Jessica Galletta is a native of California with deep roots in North Carolina. Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Minor in Spanish from California State University, Sacramento and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. During her time at Wake Forest, Jessica was recognized for her commitment to pro bono work and obtained extensive courtroom training with the Office of the District Attorney, Guilford County and as a volunteer guardian ad litem. After graduating, Jessica began her career as the managing senior attorney of a boutique law firm focused on civil litigation and foreclosure defense. Jessica has seen the fallout of the most recent mortgage crisis and was able to assist hundreds of homeowners save their homes by mastering state and federal mortgage servicing guidelines and enforcing those guidelines through a tough litigation approach. Jessica has filed hundreds of litigations and has negotiated with nearly every lender, with proven results of more than $15M in recovery and home preservation solutions tailored to her clients' specific goals. In addition, Jessica is experienced in Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, claim objection litigation, stay litigation, and adversary proceedings.
Jessica is licensed to practice at the state and all federal levels of California and North Carolina and is active throughout California and North Carolina.
